Shipping & Delivery
Do you offer free shipping? +
Orders above $250 qualify for free shipping to Lebanon. All orders below $250 are subject to a standard delivery fee applied at checkout.
Do you ship internationally? +
Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
How long does delivery take? +
Delivery within Lebanon typically takes 3–5 business days. International orders vary by destination — estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
Can I track my order? +
Yes. As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also reach us at online@pointure.com or on WhatsApp 009614444411 for any order updates.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy? +
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. Items that show signs of use will not be accepted.
How do I return or exchange an item? +
You can return or exchange any eligible item at any of our four boutiques in Lebanon. For online purchases, please contact us at online@pointure.com before sending your item back and our team will guide you through the process.
Are sale items eligible for return? +
Sale and promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.
Sizing & Fit
What sizing do you carry? +
We carry a wide range of European sizes for women and men. Each product page includes a size guide specific to the brand. If you are unsure of your size, our in-store team is happy to assist you in finding the perfect fit.
Do your shoes run true to size? +
Sizing may vary slightly between brands, particularly for European styles. We recommend checking the size guide on each product page or contacting us at online@pointure.com for a personalised recommendation before ordering.
Can I try items on in store before buying online? +
Absolutely. We encourage you to visit any of our boutiques to try on items before purchasing. Our staff can also help you check online availability and assist with placing an order in store.
Payment Methods
What payment methods do you accept online? +
We accept the following payment methods on pointure.com: Credit & debit card (Visa, Mastercard), Cash on delivery (Lebanon only), and Whish Money. All online transactions are secured and encrypted.
Is cash on delivery available? +
Yes. Cash on delivery is available for orders within Lebanon. Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the order at the time of delivery.
Is it safe to pay online? +
Yes. Our online store uses SSL encryption and all card payments are processed through a secure, PCI-compliant payment gateway. We do not store any card details on our servers.
Online Orders
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it? +
Orders can be modified or cancelled only if they have not yet been dispatched. Please contact us as quickly as possible at online@pointure.com or call your nearest boutique. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
I haven’t received a confirmation email — what should I do? +
Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still cannot find your confirmation, contact us at online@pointure.com with the name and email address used at checkout and we will look into it for you.
Is everything on the website available in store? +
Stock levels may vary between boutiques and the online store. For specific item availability at a particular location, please call your nearest store directly or email us at online@pointure.com and we will confirm for you.
In-Store Experience
Where are your boutiques located? +
We have four boutiques across Lebanon: Verdun (732 Center), Ashrafieh (ABC Mall, Level 0), Dbayeh (ABC Mall, Level L2), and Antelias (New Naccache Street). Full addresses, phone numbers, and opening hours are available on our Find Us page.
Do I need an appointment to visit? +
No appointment is needed — all four boutiques welcome walk-in customers during opening hours. Our team is always on hand to assist you with styling advice, sizing, and product recommendations.
Do your stores carry the full collection? +
Each boutique carries a curated selection from the full Pointure collection including footwear, clothing, eyewear, and accessories for women and men. Specific items may vary by location — call ahead or visit pointure.com to browse the complete range.
