• All online prices, payments, and refunds are processed in Lebanese Pound (LBP) and United State Dollar (USD).

• For payments in other currencies, we recommend contacting your bank for accurate exchange rates and to understand any potential fees (e.g., transfer fees or bank service charges). Note: transaction fees charged by your bank will not be refunded by us.

Pointure accepts the following payment methods:

• Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Maestro.

• Store Credit: See instructions on how to use it below.

• Apple Pay & Google Pay: Ensure you’re logged in with your Apple ID or Google email and have updated billing, delivery, and contact information.

• Cash on Delivery: Available only within Lebanon. 

• Gift Cards: Convenient and flexible digital gift cards (details below).

Note: Orders paid via card are only accepted once the card payment is approved, the delivery address is verified, and items are available and ready to ship.

Store Credit

1. How to Use:

• Enter the code in the “DISCOUNT CODE” field during checkout.

2. Payment Balance:

• If your order total exceeds the store credit balance, continue by choosing a payment method to cover the remaining amount.

• If the store credit balance exceeds the order total, any unused balance will not carry over for future purchases. Ensure your order total equals or exceeds the value of your store credit or gift card.

• They have a one year expiration date.

Saved Card Details

• Save your card details securely for faster future purchases.

• Only the last four digits of your card are displayed for identification.

• To opt out, uncheck the save card option at checkout. If you update your address, you’ll need to re-enter your card details.

Taxes and Duties

• The total amount at checkout includes all duties and taxes owed to Customs, ensuring no additional costs upon delivery.
