Shipment Policy
• Non-Refundable Charges: Delivery fees are non-refundable.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Free Delivery 🇱🇧 for orders amount more than 200$.
• Courier Service: All orders are shipped via ARAMEX.
• Processing During Holidays and After Hours: Orders placed after working hours (9 AM to 2 PM), beyond the cut-off time, or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Policy
• We are not responsible for delivery failures due to factors beyond our control, such as the recipient’s unavailability or requests for postponement.
• If our delivery team cannot access the address on the scheduled date, a re-delivery fee may apply.
Address Changes
• For assistance with changing your delivery date or address, contact our customer care team.
• Address changes are not possible after you receive an email confirming your order has been dispatched.
• Changes to an address outside the original delivery country are not allowed.
